Ruger P95 PR 9mm Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol – 3.9" Barrel, Ambi Safety/Decocker, Rail, 2010 Production
This Ruger P95 PR represents the last evolution of Ruger’s respected P-Series. Built in 2010, it combines a stainless 3.9-inch barrel, blued slide, and lightweight glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame. The PR variant adds an integral Picatinny rail for lights or lasers and keeps the ambidextrous safety/decocker levers that made the P95 popular with security agencies in the early 2000s. Ruger’s cam-block, linkless locking system delivers proven reliability, while the skeletonized hammer and fixed 3-dot sights round out a practical, duty-ready package.

The P95 PR’s integrated rail, introduced in 2006, allows direct mounting of modern weapon lights without adapters, enhancing versatility for home defense or duty use.
Ruger’s short-recoil, double-action/single-action system is paired with ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker levers, making the pistol accessible to both right- and left-handed shooters.
The glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame keeps weight down while maintaining strength, and its molded grip texture offers firm, glove-friendly control.
A blued carbon-steel slide caps the stainless 3.9-inch barrel with a 1:10 RH twist, supporting a wide range of 9mm loads. The fixed three-dot sights are durable and quick to acquire.
This example carries a 317- prefix serial number and Ruger part number 13009, placing it near the end of P-Series production before the line was discontinued in 2013.
