Built between 1994 and 2002, the Signature Series revolvers were the final factory-sanctioned Colt black powder arms. Uberti-cast parts were finished, fit, and inspected in the United States, preserving Colt’s traditional standards while ensuring modern precision.
A high-polish blued, rebated cylinder carries the classic naval battle scene roll engraving. The color case-hardened frame, hammer, and loading lever provide vivid contrast to the 7.5 inch blued barrel.
The gold-inlaid Sam Colt signature on the backstrap immediately identifies this revolver as a Signature Series example and elevates its collector status. Matching serial number 45792 appears on all major components, confirming factory assembly.
Fixed iron sights include a German-silver blade up front and a rear notch milled into the hammer nose—true to original 1861 Navy pattern. One-piece varnished walnut grips complete the period-correct appearance.
