The .223 Wylde chambering lets this GL-15 safely fire both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition, offering flexibility at the range or in the field. The 16" heavy-profile stainless barrel is button-rifled 1:8 RH, threaded 1/2-28, and fitted with a multi-port muzzle brake that tames muzzle rise.
Both upper and lower receivers are precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and coated in Great Lakes’ distinctive “Storm Trooper” white Cerakote for added corrosion resistance and unmistakable style. The matching 15" free-float 6061-T6 aluminum handguard features M-LOK slots along its length, a full Picatinny top rail, and an integral QD sling socket.
Controls remain familiar: a standard magazine release, manual safety selector, and an extended bolt-release paddle for quicker reloads. The six-position collapsible black polymer stock and A2-style grip provide an adjustable, comfortable shooting position.
Factory-installed Feyachi flip-up sights give immediate sighting capability, while the monolithic top rail leaves plenty of space for optics. Seven included 30-round magazines keep you shooting longer between reloads, rounding out a well-equipped rifle package with an MSRP of $799.95.
