Bergara Premier Competition 6 mm GT Bolt-Action Rifle – 26" Stainless No. 7 Barrel, Adjustable Chassis, TriggerTech Trigger
This Bergara Premier Competition rifle is one of the very first factory guns offered in the fast-growing 6 mm GT cartridge. Built to meet the Precision Rifle Series Production Division price cap, it pairs a hand-lapped No. 7 contour stainless barrel with a fully adjustable aluminum chassis and a user-tunable TriggerTech Special trigger. The result is a turn-key match rifle that retains the familiar Remington 700 footprint while adding modern competition-driven upgrades.

What’s Included
- Bergara yellow factory cardboard box
- 1× 10-round polymer AICS-pattern Bergara magazine
- Stainless barrel thread protector (installed)
The 26-inch stainless steel barrel is cut to a heavy No. 7 contour for stiffness, then hand-lapped for uniform accuracy. A 1:7.5 right-hand twist stabilizes long, high-BC bullets favored in PRS, and the muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 for brakes or suppressors.
Bergara’s Premier action features a spiral-fluted bolt body, coned bolt nose, and floating bolt head to maintain consistent lock-up. The receiver wears a graphite-black Cerakote finish and keeps the Remington 700 footprint, making aftermarket stocks, rails, and triggers readily compatible.
The aluminum competition chassis is skeletonized to control weight yet delivers full adjustability for length of pull, comb height, and recoil-pad position. Both the chassis and the MasterPiece Arms BA Competition fore-end share a tungsten-grey anodized finish and integrate a full-length 17-inch Arca-Swiss rail with a forward Picatinny segment for fast tripod or bipod changes.
A single-stage TriggerTech Special trigger comes factory-set but is user-adjustable from 1.0 to 3.5 pounds, offering a crisp break suited to precision work. The included polymer AICS magazine is tuned for short-action 6 mm cartridges and feeds a 10+1 capacity.
Altogether, this Premier Competition model delivers Bergara’s high-end barrel craftsmanship, a feature-rich chassis, and PRS-ready chambering—straight from the factory box.
