The forged carbon-steel slide and frame are finished in black Cerakote for corrosion resistance and wear protection. Wide forward-angled serrations at the front and rear provide a solid grasp for press checks and slide manipulation. The slide ships with Springfield’s AOS cut and an A13B mounting plate, allowing direct installation of popular micro-red-dot footprints without gunsmithing.
A 4.25-inch forged stainless-steel bull barrel delivers match-grade precision while eliminating the need for a barrel bushing. The two-piece full-length guide rod supports reliable cycling under high round counts. A 1:16 RH twist stabilizes a wide range of 9mm loads.
The polymer grip module incorporates aggressive texturing and an integral magwell for fast reloads. Ambidextrous thumb safeties, a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, and a skeletonized three-hole trigger retain the familiar 1911 manual of arms. A commander-style skeletonized hammer reduces lock time.
Bright green fiber-optic front and serrated U-notch rear sights offer an immediate sight picture while co-witnessing with most installed optics. The dust-cover accessory rail accepts white-light or laser modules, expanding practical versatility.
