Beretta 950BS Jetfire .25 ACP Pocket Pistol – Tip-Up Barrel, U.S. Made
The Beretta 950BS Jetfire is a micro-size, U.S.–manufactured variant of Beretta’s classic tip-up barrel pocket pistol. Built in Accokeek, Maryland before the model was discontinued in 2002, this 8-shot .25 ACP offers a high-polish carbon-steel slide, lightweight aluminum-alloy frame, and the convenient tip-up barrel that lets you load or clear the chamber without retracting the slide. Weighing under 10 oz and measuring just 4.5 in long, it remains one of the most compact semi-autos Beretta ever produced.

What’s Included
- One factory Beretta 8-round steel magazine marked "P.B. CAL 6.35"
This 950BS features Beretta’s signature tip-up barrel, making chamber checks and single-round loading simple—no slide manipulation required. The barrel pivot and latch remain solid, maintaining the Jetfire’s quick-access design.
An aluminum-alloy frame keeps weight minimal, while the high-polish blue/black carbon-steel slide provides durability and a classic Beretta look. Fixed integral sights are machined into the slide for a snag-free profile in pocket carry.
The single-action blowback system is paired with an external hammer, manual thumb safety, half-cock notch, and inertial firing pin. These features give the user straightforward controls and multiple passive safeguards in a pistol smaller than many modern micro-compacts.
U.S.-marked 950BS Jetfires are sought after by collectors because domestic production ran for only a portion of the model’s 50-year lifespan. This example retains all factory markings and original black checkered plastic grips.
