Browning BLR Lightweight '81 Lever-Action Rifle in 7mm-08 Rem., 20" Barrel, 2010 Production
This 2010-manufactured Browning BLR Lightweight '81 combines the strength of a multi-lug rotating bolt with the speed of a slick lever action. A lightweight aluminum-alloy receiver, 20" blued barrel, and detachable box magazine make it a practical choice for hunters who prefer spitzer bullets without giving up fast follow-up shots.

The Lightweight '81 starts with a polished black anodized aluminum receiver that trims overall weight to roughly 6.5 lb while maintaining rigidity through a fixed-barrel design.
Browning’s rack-and-pinion lever drives a multi-lug rotating bolt, giving this BLR the strength to safely fire modern spitzer-tip 7mm-08 Remington loads. The trigger travels with the lever loop, eliminating finger pinch during cycling.
The 20" blued steel barrel features a 1:9.5" twist suited to a wide range of 7mm projectiles. Open sights include a ramped front base and an adjustable rear folding leaf, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for optics (mounts not included).
A gloss-finished walnut stock and matching fore-end carry crisp checkering, a pistol-grip profile, and a factory recoil pad. Browning’s signature gold-plated trigger and the NP proof mark add authentic detail.
