The ZEV OZ9 V2 Combat Full-Size X is a modular, striker-fired 9mm that combines a serialized full-length steel receiver with a fluted, match-grade barrel and an optic-cut slide. Built around Glock-pattern compatibility yet upgraded with ZEV’s precision components, this pistol offers a factory-flat trigger, extended controls, and an FDE grip module with aggressive texturing—giving shooters a competition-ready feel in a duty-sized package.

The heart of the OZ9 V2 is its serialized steel receiver chassis, which runs the full length of the slide for enhanced rigidity and a consistently smooth recoil impulse. Because the chassis carries the serial number, slides and grip modules can be swapped without a trip to the gunsmith, making the platform highly adaptable.
A 4.4 inch 416R stainless-steel barrel is dimple-fluted to shed weight and improve heat dissipation. Chambered in 9mm Luger, the match-grade bore pairs with the pistol’s ZEV PRO hybrid trigger—flat faced with a 4.5 lb pull—to deliver tight, repeatable groups.
The windowless slide is machined with forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation and cut for RMR-footprint optics. Fiber-optic iron sights come installed: an orange front pipe for rapid acquisition and a serrated, ledged rear that allows one-handed slide operation.
An extended magazine release and flared aluminum magwell speed reloads, while the FDE polymer grip module’s aggressive factory stippling—and the added grip tape noted above—keep the pistol firmly in hand. The frame includes an accessory rail for lights or lasers.
