What’s Included

The P365-380 is the first caliber expansion of the P365 family, pairing the original micro-compact dimensions with the lighter recoil of .380 ACP. At just 1 inch wide and 15.7 ounces unloaded, it maintains the same footprint and accessory compatibility as 9 mm P365 models, allowing effortless integration into existing carry setups.
An optic-ready slide with factory-milled footprint accepts the ROMEO-X Compact and other popular micro red dots, giving shooters immediate access to modern sighting options. Front and rear serrations make press checks and slide manipulation secure even with gloved or wet hands.
The DLC-coated carbon-steel barrel measures 3.1 inches and works in concert with a redesigned captured recoil spring assembly engineered specifically for the .380 ACP cartridge. Combined with the polymer grip module’s molded stippling, the result is controllable, confidence-building handling in rapid fire.
SIGLITE tritium night sights provide a bright, three-dot sight picture day or night, while the 4.9-inch sight radius aids practical accuracy. A stainless steel receiver and Nitron-finished slide protect against corrosion for long-term durability.
Thanks to its serialized fire-control unit, owners can swap calibers or grip modules without paperwork, tailoring the pistol to changing needs while keeping the same serialized component.
