This Ultimate Shadow Hunter SS features a 21.5-inch free-floating stainless barrel with a recessed crown to help preserve accuracy in the field. The matte bead-blasted finish minimizes glare, while the Portuguese CIP proof marks confirm the barrel’s rigorous pressure testing.
The composite stock wears factory Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity camouflage and includes rubber over-molded grip panels, dual sling swivel studs, a soft recoil pad, and pillar bedding for improved repeatable accuracy. A 13.25-inch length of pull suits most adult shooters.
Winchester’s spiral-fluted stainless bolt houses a large Mauser-type claw extractor for controlled-round feed reliability. The three-position safety allows the shooter to load and unload with the safety engaged, adding practical field security.
The single-stage Winchester M.O.A. trigger breaks at a clean 3.5 pounds and is user-adjustable for fine-tuning. Feeding is handled by an internal four-round box magazine with a hinged floorplate for quick unloading.
