The Zion-15 is IWI’s first fully U.S.-made rifle, combining the company’s Israeli combat pedigree with American manufacturing. Built on a 7075-T6 forged receiver set and a nitrided 16-inch 4150 CMV barrel, this mid-length-gas AR-15 delivers sub-MOA accuracy potential and has passed IWI’s 10,000-round endurance test. High-pressure and magnetic-particle testing of the barrel, bolt, and receiver adds an extra layer of QC assurance that appeals to serious shooters and collectors alike.

Designed around a 16-inch nitrided barrel with a 1:8" right-hand twist, the Zion-15 balances velocity with maneuverability. The mid-length gas system softens recoil impulse, while the threaded muzzle (1/2-28 UNEF) makes it suppressor-ready straight from the factory.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides a rigid mounting surface for lights, lasers, and bipods without impacting barrel harmonics. Receivers are Type III hard-coat anodized for wear resistance and matched to an M4-feed-ramp upper for reliable feeding.
A B5 Systems Type 23 grip and six-position adjustable stock give shooters ergonomic control and length-of-pull flexibility. Internally, the direct-impingement action uses HP/MP-tested components to ensure durability under sustained fire.
