What’s Included
- A. Uberti Model 1873 Special Sporting Rifle (.357 Mag)
The forged-steel receiver is color case-hardened for period-correct aesthetics and long-term durability. Matching case colors extend to the lever and hammer, while the barrel and magazine tube wear a deep blued finish.
A full-octagon barrel provides traditional balance and steady sight alignment, aided by a dovetail blade front sight and a semi-buckhorn rear with a stepped elevator. Combined with the 13+1 tubular magazine and smooth lever throw, this rifle is well-suited to fast-paced Cowboy Action matches.
The Special Sporting package upgrades the standard 1873 with a pistol-grip, A-grade walnut stock and checkered panels for a secure, comfortable hold. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches, accommodating a wide range of shooters.
Inside, a brass cartridge carrier block and a 1:18.75 RH twist rate support reliable cycling and accuracy with both .357 Magnum and .38 Special loads (where applicable), making the rifle versatile for target shooting or competition.
