This customized Kel-Tec KS7 delivers the KS series’ compact bullpup handling with purposeful upgrades already installed. A full-length Picatinny rail replaces the factory carry handle, paired with flip-up aperture/post sights for immediate sight picture options. A multi-port Defender muzzle brake tames recoil, while ergonomic additions—extended butt pad, grip wrap, and hi-vis magazine follower—round out a ready-to-run, 3-inch-chambered defensive shotgun that stays just 26.1 inches long.

The KS7’s bullpup layout places the 18.5-inch cylinder-bore, threaded barrel rearward, keeping overall length to 26.1 inches without sacrificing the 13-inch length of pull. Bottom loading and bottom ejection make the platform naturally ambidextrous and keep fired hulls tight to the shooter’s workspace.
A custom full-length Picatinny rail runs from receiver to muzzle, giving ample real estate for optics, lights, or lasers. Included flip-up polymer sights (Magpul MBUS-pattern front post and aperture rear) provide dependable back-up aiming right out of the box.
The Hi-Tech Custom Concepts Defender muzzle brake threads directly to the barrel and uses multiple ports to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise, helping maintain fast follow-up shots with both 2 ¾-inch and 3-inch shells.
M-LOK slots molded into the polymer forend accept accessories such as lights or vertical grips, while integrated sling-loop recesses on the stock simplify carry setup. The matte-black polymer construction keeps weight low and resists corrosion in harsh environments.
Upgraded ergonomics include a Kel-Tec extended butt pad that spreads recoil impulse and a CDS Tactical grip wrap that enhances purchase on the compact pistol grip. Inside the magazine tube, an M*CARBO hi-visibility red follower offers quick visual confirmation of an empty tube during reloads.
