    What’s Included

    • H&R Premier Second Model .22 LR seven-shot revolver (serial 6636)

Introduced around 1905, the Second Model Premier was H&R’s answer to the growing demand for smokeless-rated pocket revolvers. This example retains its original nickel plating, the standard finish of the period, providing a bright, corrosion-resistant exterior that helped these guns endure daily carry.

The top-break frame incorporates an automatic star extractor: opening the action simultaneously elevates all seven cases for quick removal, a practical advantage over contemporaries that required manual ejection.

Its 5-inch carbon-steel barrel carries the two-line H&R address and patent legend on the rib, giving the revolver a balanced profile that points naturally while still being easy to holster.

A heat-treated cylinder marks the Second Model as suitable for smokeless ammunition, a notable improvement over black-powder predecessors. The seven-shot capacity remains uncommon among small-frame revolvers, offering one extra round without increasing bulk.

Checkered black hard-rubber grips with the H&R monogram complete the classic birds-head silhouette, providing a secure hold and period authenticity.
