What’s Included
- Savage Arms Fox Model B 12 Gauge side-by-side shotgun
This Model B retains its original 28" carbon-steel barrels, factory blued and topped with a ventilated rib secured by steel posts for quick target acquisition. The right barrel is Modified, the left barrel is Full, giving a versatile pattern pairing for upland or small game.
The color case-hardened receiver features factory roll-engraved scroll panels and the familiar Anson & Deeley coil-spring box-lock action. A single under-bolt locks up tight behind the barrels, released by a top-lever opener.
Controls are classic and intuitive: double triggers allow independent barrel selection, and a tang-mounted automatic safety engages each time the action is opened. The gun is extractor-only, simplifying the mechanism and easing hull removal.
American black walnut stocks wear a gloss finish, with crisp checkering on the pistol grip and beavertail forend. Length of pull measures 14.0", ending in a steel butt-plate secured by two screws.
Proof-tested and built in the United States, this full-size Fox Model B offers the straightforward reliability of a field gun with the added appeal of factory engraving and the durability of steel construction throughout.
