What’s Included
- Battle Arms Development Workhorse-017 rifle
- 10 × 30-round AR-15 magazines (assorted Magpul PMAG, Hexmag, and aluminum mags, all desert-camo painted)
The 16-inch 4150 CMV steel barrel is treated with black nitride for corrosion resistance and sports a 1:7 twist to stabilize a broad range of 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem. projectiles. A multi-port spiral muzzle brake is installed on the factory-threaded muzzle to help reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise.
The 15-inch BAD free-float M-LOK handguard is skeletonized with chevron milling, keeping weight down while offering generous real estate for accessories. One rail retaining screw is absent, but the handguard remains firmly seated.
Ambidextrous safety selectors, an extended magazine release, and an enhanced bolt catch streamline manipulations for both right- and left-handed shooters. The nickel-teflon-coated single-stage trigger provides a smooth, consistent pull.
Rounding out the package is a 6-position collapsible polymer stock in flat dark earth, matching the rifle’s desert theme. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers carry Battle Arms’ helmet logo and selector pictograms beneath the durable Type III hard-coat anodizing and spray-paint overlay.
