- 1 × 30-round USGI-pattern aluminum magazine
The heart of this build is a Colt 14.5-inch, chrome-lined, cold-hammer-forged SOCOM-profile barrel with a 1:7 RH twist. The barrel is permanently pinned to an A2 flash suppressor, meeting the overall length requirement while preserving the classic M4-style length and handling.
Inside, a Daniel Defense full-mass bolt-carrier group ensures reliable cycling within the direct-impingement gas system. The carbine-length round polymer handguards retain the original A2 aesthetic and provide a comfortable, heat-resistant grip.
The upper receiver features an integral carry handle with A2 adjustable rear sight drum, brass deflector, and forward assist. Up front, an F-marked A2 front sight base offers the proven iron-sight arrangement expected of a service-pattern firearm.
A six-position buffer tube hosts an SB-Tactical SBA-style polymer brace with adjustable length and Velcro strap, giving the shooter flexibility while maintaining pistol classification. Controls mirror the military selector engraving (SAFE-SEMI-BURST), yet the firearm operates strictly in semi-automatic mode.
