This PSA PA-15 AR pistol pairs a forged Palmetto State Armory lower with a Para Bellum Tactical upper receiver for a rugged, U.S.-made build. A short 10.5-inch nitrided barrel, carbine-length gas system, and free-float M-LOK handguard keep the package compact and controllable. Extensive red-anodized controls and a Strike Industries Cookie Cutter Comp give the pistol a distinctive, personalized look without sacrificing function.

Built on the proven AR-15 platform, this PA-15 features 7075-T6 forged receivers finished in hard-coat anodized black for durability. The upper is laser-marked “SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM TACTICAL LLC LAREDO, TX,” highlighting its third-party upgrade.
The 10.5-inch chrome-moly-vanadium barrel is nitrided for corrosion resistance and threaded 1/2-28 UNEF. PSA’s direct-impingement system uses a carbine-length gas tube and a low-profile gas block for reliable cycling in a compact form factor. The installed Strike Industries Cookie Cutter Comp tames muzzle rise and redirects blast forward.
An ≈9-inch free-float 6061-T6 aluminum handguard with full-length Picatinny top rail provides plenty of space for optics and accessories while keeping weight down. M-LOK slots along the sides and bottom simplify the addition of lights, grips, or bipods.
Red-anodized aluminum controls—including the charging-handle latch, forward-assist cap, magazine-release button, bolt-catch paddle, trigger guard, trigger, and selector—set this pistol apart visually and offer enhanced tactile reference points. A matching red-anodized pistol buffer tube completes the custom theme.
Chambered in 5.56 NATO, the pistol accepts standard STANAG magazines and ships with a 30-round Mission First Tactical polymer mag. The A2-style polymer pistol grip delivers a familiar hold, and overall dimensions make this PA-15 well-suited for compact storage or close-quarters applications.
