Palmetto State Armory’s PA-15 Premium Classic M4 Carbine pairs a forged PSA lower with an FN-manufactured, chrome-lined barrel, giving shooters mil-spec reliability in a lightweight, carbine-length package. This example remains in excellent shape and adds shooter-friendly upgrades—a CAA ergonomic pistol grip and a polymer angled foregrip—while keeping the classic M4 look intact.

The 16-inch chrome-moly-vanadium barrel is chrome-lined, MP tested, and cut with a 1:7 twist—ideal for stabilizing the full range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights. The M4 profile keeps weight down while retaining durability, and its 1/2-28 threads accept standard muzzle devices or suppressor mounts.
The upper receiver is a T-marked, flat-top design forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in hard anodized black. A forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover come factory-installed, giving shooters the full mil-spec feature set.
Furniture follows the proven M4 pattern: ribbed, two-piece polymer handguards with double heat shields and a six-position collapsible stock with an 11-inch length of pull at its shortest setting. The included CAA pistol grip adds palm-swell ergonomics and internal storage without altering the rifle’s footprint.
Sighting options start with an F-marked A2 front post and the detachable flip-up rear BUIS, while the Picatinny rail up top is ready for optics. The LW-prefix serial lower is multi-caliber marked, accepting both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO.
