Manufactured during the final Model 760 run, the B-prefix serial places this rifle squarely in the 1978–1980 timeframe, making it one of the last examples before Remington transitioned to the 7600 series.
The ADL grade elevates the platform with gloss-finished walnut sporting impressed skip-line checkering on the pistol-grip stock and matching pump fore-end. A white-line spacer and original steel butt-plate complete the classic Remington look.
Chambered in .35 Remington—the heaviest factory offering for the Model 760—this rifle delivers notable downrange energy. Its 22" carbon-steel barrel retains the factory ramped gold-bead front sight and screw-adjustable rear sight, and the receiver comes drilled and tapped for optics.
The slick pump action drives a rotating bolt with 14 locking lugs for solid lock-up. Feeding is handled by a detachable 3-round magazine that shares the pattern used on later 760 and 7600 rifles, keeping replacements straightforward.
