Early German production is verified by the BF date code, CIP eagle/N, and Ulm antler proofs on the slide. HKI – Columbus GA import marks confirm U.S. distribution.
The aftermarket TruGlo TG-H3 sights combine tritium vials with fiber-optic rings, delivering a bright front red/orange dot and green rear dots for fast alignment in daylight or low light without batteries.
A 4.09-inch nitro-carburized barrel is cold-hammer-forged with polygonal rifling and a 1:9.8-inch right-hand twist, designed to enhance longevity and preserve velocity. The red striker status indicator at the slide rear offers quick visual confirmation of cocked status.
Ambidextrous paddle magazine releases and slide-release levers accommodate either hand. Polymer charging supports, front and rear slide serrations, and a MIL-STD-1913 four-slot accessory rail round out the full-size frame’s user-friendly features.
