A matte-blued carbon-steel receiver comes factory-drilled and tapped with Weaver bases, ready for optics. The non-AccuTrigger, two-position tang safety, and detachable 5-round magazine deliver straightforward, reliable performance in a rifle that tips the scales at roughly 6.3 pounds unscoped.

The black synthetic stock shaves weight and resists the elements. Textured grip panels promote secure handling, integral sling swivel studs simplify sling attachment, and a soft rubber recoil pad helps tame .308 Win recoil.
