What’s Included
- Colt Gold Cup Trophy Series 80 pistol
- (2) 7-round stainless-steel .45 ACP magazines
The heart of this Gold Cup Trophy is its factory-fitted National Match stainless steel barrel and matching bushing, providing tight lockup and match-grade accuracy right out of the box.
The stainless slide features a flat top, polished side flats, and rear cocking serrations. With the Bo-Mar micrometer rear sight and dovetail patridge front blade, precise sight alignment and repeatable adjustments are straightforward—an advantage now that true Bo-Mar sights are no longer produced.
A Series 80 firing pin block adds an extra layer of safety without sacrificing the clean single-action break delivered by the skeletonized three-hole target trigger. The Commander-style skeletonized hammer reduces lock time for a crisper shot cycle.
Stainless construction throughout offers durability, while the bead-blasted frame contrasts cleanly against polished slide accents. Wrap-around black checkered synthetic grips ensure a secure hold during sustained strings of fire.
As a Custom Shop pistol carrying the GCT prefix and outfitted with discontinued competition components, this Gold Cup Trophy holds strong appeal for both shooters and Colt enthusiasts.
