This ST-15 is a factory-produced .300 AAC Blackout variant, offering increased bullet weight options and suppressor compatibility over the more common 5.56 NATO models. The 16-inch chrome-lined, cold-hammer-forged CMV steel barrel features a government profile, a 1:7-inch right-hand twist, and standard 5/8x24 threading for muzzle devices or suppressors.
The upper and lower receivers are precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a black hard-coat anodizing for corrosion resistance. A laser-engraved “300 BLACKOUT” marking on the magazine well provides quick caliber identification, while Spike’s signature spider logo appears on the charging-handle latch.
Controls include a direct-impingement gas system and a color-filled selector legend with Spike’s distinctive humorous text. The rifle ships with a pinned A2 front sight, an optic-ready flat-top receiver with integral rail, and a standard A2-style polymer pistol grip.
A two-piece M4-pattern polymer handguard keeps the rifle lightweight, and the six-position collapsible stock allows the shooter to tailor length of pull from approximately 10 inches outward for comfort or gear accommodation.
