This PSA PA-15 combines the company’s forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a full Magpul ACS/MOE furniture set finished in Flat Dark Earth. The rifle ships with a 16-inch 4150 CMV steel barrel that is nitride treated, MPI tested, and threaded 1/2-28 for easy muzzle-device changes. A T-numbered flat-top upper, extended-latch charging handle, and Mil-Spec internal parts round out a package that offers AR-15 versatility with proven components.

The heart of this rifle is PSA’s button-rifled, 16-inch 4150 CMV barrel marked “B MP 5.56 NATO 1/9.” The barrel’s nitride finish enhances corrosion resistance while maintaining the correct M4 profile for balanced handling.
Forged 7075-T6 upper and lower receivers receive a Type III hard-coat anodized finish. The lower is marked “PA-15 MULTI,” allowing you to install caliber-correct uppers without changing the serialized receiver.
Furniture comes from Magpul’s ACS/MOE line: a six-position ACS stock with integrated battery compartments, an MOE pistol grip, a carbine-length MOE handguard, and an MVG vertical grip—all color-matched in Flat Dark Earth.
The T-numbered Picatinny flat-top upper, forward assist, brass deflector, and dust cover give shooters a familiar Mil-Spec control layout. An A2 flash hider is installed on the 1/2-28 threaded muzzle, ready for a suppressor or muzzle brake.
This direct-impingement rifle follows Mil-Spec dimensions throughout, offering parts compatibility and easy upgrades while maintaining PSA’s emphasis on value.
