This Walther PPK/S is the stainless, U.S.-made variant produced for Interarms by Ranger Manufacturing between 1978 and 1999. Built from brushed stainless steel and chambered in .380 ACP, it combines the longer PP frame with the shorter PPK slide to meet 1968 GCA import requirements. The fixed-barrel blowback design, DA/SA trigger, and heel magazine release deliver the classic handling collectors expect, while the “S” serial prefix and German proof date code “14” confirm its stainless construction and factory proofing.
