This CETME Sporter retains the stamped sheet-steel receiver and roller-delayed system trusted by military users for decades, yet it is configured for semi-automatic fire only. Century Arms welds and assembles the receiver in the United States, integrating the required U.S. compliance parts while preserving the original design’s rugged simplicity.
The 18-inch chrome-moly barrel is fitted with a CETME-pattern muzzle brake that is pinned and welded in place; the barrel itself is non-threaded. A fluted chamber enhances extraction reliability, a hallmark of roller-delayed designs.
Sights are classic and functional: a hooded front post pairs with a four-position rotating diopter rear sight for quick target engagement and precise elevation adjustment. The fixed black polymer stock, matching pistol grip, and ventilated handguard keep weight manageable and resist weather and solvents.
