Built on the classic 1911 platform, this Rock Standard FS uses the familiar single-action operation, grip safety, and extended thumb safety for intuitive handling. The frame and slide are both parkerized for enhanced corrosion resistance and a non-reflective profile that holds up well to range use.
The full-length 5-inch barrel delivers traditional 1911 sight radius and recoil characteristics, complemented by fixed dovetail combat sights that align quickly without snagging. Rear vertical cocking serrations aid in positive slide manipulation.
Inside, Series 70 internals provide a clean trigger break. The skeletonized aluminum trigger features an over-travel stop for a crisp, consistent pull, while the lightened commander hammer speeds lock time and reduces hammer bite.
