Released in 2019, the TX22 brought centerfire ergonomics to the rimfire category, earning immediate industry recognition for its handling and reliability.
The 4.5-inch alloy-steel barrel is factory threaded 1/2-28 UNEF and ships with a thread protector, making the pistol suppressor-ready right out of the box.
Taurus equips the TX22 with its Performance Trigger System: a flat-faced trigger with an internal safety blade, short reset, and approximately 5-pound pull for precise, repeatable shots.
The hard-anodized slide features front and rear serrations and a white TX logo for easy manipulation and quick visual identification. Three-dot sights include a fixed white-dot front and screw-adjustable rear for fine tuning elevation and windage.
Ambidextrous thumb safeties, an internal striker block, and an integral three-slot Picatinny rail round out a feature set that supports both training and recreational shooting.
