The FNX-45 Tactical is FN’s purpose-built, duty-grade .45 ACP sidearm that evolved from the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol program. This full-size pistol combines a 5.3-inch cold hammer forged, threaded barrel with a factory optic-cut slide, suppressor-height tritium sights, and fully ambidextrous controls. Finished in Flat Dark Earth and shipped with four 15-round magazines, this example adds black abrasive grip overlays for extra purchase while retaining its original backstraps and case.

This pistol displays a few minor surface scratches and small blemishes consistent with careful handling, but no significant finish loss or mechanical wear. The bore remains bright and sharply rifled.

Developed from combat requirements, the FNX-45 Tactical delivers one of the highest standard magazine capacities available in .45 ACP at 15+1 rounds. Its stainless, cold hammer forged barrel is threaded 0.578-28 TPI, ready for most popular .45-caliber suppressors and compensators.
The slide comes factory-milled for miniature red-dot optics and features front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation with or without an optic installed. Suppressor-height tritium night sights co-witness through a mounted optic and provide a clear sight picture in any light.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the safety/decocker, slide stop, and magazine release, making the pistol equally accessible to left- and right-handed shooters. A MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail accepts lights or lasers, and the integral lanyard loop supports duty or field carry.
This specific firearm retains its factory Flat Dark Earth finish on both polymer frame and stainless slide, and it has been fitted with black abrasive grip overlays for enhanced handling without altering the pistol’s original geometry. All original backstraps are included for user-tailored fit.
