What’s Included
- Rock Island Armory Baby Rock M1911A .380 ACP pistol with smooth hardwood grip panels installed
- One 7-round factory steel magazine
The Baby Rock is a true 1911, scaled down to fit the .380 ACP cartridge while preserving the full single-action lock-work, grip safety, and thumb safety familiar to 1911 shooters. Its compact 6.625-inch overall length and 23.5-ounce weight make it easy to carry without giving up the solid feel of a steel frame.
The carbon-steel slide and frame wear a matte black Parkerized finish that resists glare and corrosion. Rear angled cocking serrations provide positive purchase for slide manipulation, and a fixed dovetail rear sight pairs with a staked front ramp for a simple, snag-free sight picture.
Performance-focused features include a lightweight aluminum, three-hole skeletonized trigger and a skeletonized commander loop hammer, both contributing to a crisp, predictable trigger pull. A half-cock notch offers an added layer of safety along with the manual thumb and grip safeties.
Imported by AP Intl, this model carries Rock Island’s catalog SKU 51912 and is built in the Philippines. The single-stack magazine holds seven rounds, keeping the grip circumference slim while delivering reliable feeding.
