The discontinued Springfield Armory 911 in .380 ACP blends the familiar controls of a 1911 with pocket-carry dimensions. This PG9109S variant features a stainless slide over a black anodized aluminum frame, tritium night sights for low-light clarity, and a lightweight 12.6 oz unloaded weight. Its micro size, chevron slide serrations, and ambidextrous safeties make it notable for both concealed carry and collection.

What’s Included
- Springfield Armory 911 .380 ACP pistol
- 1 × 7-round stainless magazine with extended finger-rest baseplate
- 1 × 6-round stainless flush-fit magazine
Springfield built the 911 around a forged 7075-T6 aluminum frame, giving it strength while keeping weight to a minimum. The frame wears a durable black anodized finish and thin checkered grip panels bearing the crossed-cannon logo.
The stainless slide carries aggressive chevron cocking serrations and a loaded-chamber indicator. A full-length flat-wire recoil spring tames muzzle flip and speeds follow-up shots.
Its 2.7 in 416 stainless barrel is cut with a 1:16 RH twist for reliable bullet stability. Paired with the excellent bore condition noted above, it is ready for accurate range work.
Low-light aiming is handled by tritium night sights: an orange fiber/tritium front post and a white-outlined two-dot rear notch. Ambidextrous thumb safeties, a firing-pin block, and an external extractor round out the safety system.
The skeletonized curved trigger and hammer reduce lock time and contribute to the crisp single-action-only pull that 1911 enthusiasts expect, all in a 5.5 in overall length package.
