This factory-ported Performance Center edition of the full-size M&P9 M2.0 pairs a 5-inch stainless barrel with an optics-ready C.O.R.E. slide, giving shooters a flat-shooting, competition-focused pistol right out of the box. Tuned by Smith & Wesson’s Performance Center, it offers a crisper, shorter trigger with an adjustable over-travel stop, suppressor-height steel sights, and interchangeable grip inserts that let you dial in the fit. The package ships with three magazines, an optic-mount kit, and a zippered cleaning kit—making it a turnkey option for range work or carry-optics competition.

The five-inch, factory-ported stainless barrel vents gas upward through six matching slide ports, reducing muzzle rise for faster follow-up shots. An Armornite finish protects both barrel and slide from wear and corrosion.
The C.O.R.E. (Competition Optics Ready Equipment) slide features a multi-footprint mounting system that accepts popular red-dot footprints without additional milling. Suppressor-height steel sights co-witness through most optics, and deep wavy serrations offer secure purchase when racking the slide.
Performance Center tuning refines the M2.0’s hinged trigger, providing a lighter pull, a tactile and audible reset, and an adjustable over-travel stop screw. The pistol retains all factory safeties, including an articulated trigger safety, striker block, and sear de-activation lever.
A rigid stainless-steel chassis embedded in the polymer frame controls flex during recoil, while four palmswell backstraps let shooters tailor grip girth. An ambidextrous slide stop lever and left-side magazine release support fast manipulation.
A three-slot MIL-STD-1913 rail handles lights or lasers, rounding out a feature set aimed at competition, duty, or range use.
