The Ruger 22 Charger Takedown in Green Mountain laminate pairs the proven 10/22 action with a compact, quick-separating design and a striking multicolor wood stock. Built in 2015 and offered for only a short production run, this variant features a cold-hammer-forged 10-inch threaded barrel, an integral Picatinny rail, and an extended magazine release. Its takedown system lets you split the pistol into two assemblies for easy transport while retaining repeatable accuracy.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear; rifling is excellent with sharp lands and grooves.

This 22 Charger leaves the factory with a 10-inch alloy-steel barrel threaded 1/2-28 UNEF for easy attachment of suppressors or muzzle devices. The barrel’s six-groove, 1:16 RH twist stabilizes standard and high-velocity .22 LR loads.
The takedown mechanism separates the blued receiver from the barrel/forend assembly with a simple twist, letting you stow the pistol in its hard case or pack it for field use without losing zero.
The Green Mountain laminate stock and matching forend were produced only from 2015–2017, giving this example added collector interest. An AR-pattern A2 grip provides familiar ergonomics and can be swapped if desired.
An integral 12-slot Picatinny rail on the receiver makes mounting optics straightforward, while the extended magazine release and cross-bolt safety deliver user-friendly controls.
