The heart of this rifle is Savage’s factory-blueprinted 110 action with a floating bolt head and dual locking lugs for consistent lock-up. Short-action receiver uses #8-40 screws and comes topped with the included 20 MOA rail for straightforward optic mounting.
An 18-inch medium/heavy stainless barrel is free-floated inside the Magpul Hunter forend and threaded 5/8-24 to accept the installed VG6 brake or other suppressor-ready devices. The 1:8 RH twist fully stabilizes popular 120- to 147-grain 6.5 Creedmoor loads.
The Magpul Hunter 110 stock offers an aluminum V-block bedding system, M-LOK slots, and QD cups. Length of pull and comb height are user-adjustable, letting shooters tailor fit without tools.
Savage’s AccuTrigger breaks cleanly and can be user-adjusted for pull weight while retaining a blade safety. A three-position tang safety adds an extra layer of control for hunters and range shooters alike.
