This Aero Precision M5 is a custom-configured AR-10 rifle that pairs Aero’s forged 7075-T6 receivers with a nitrided 18-inch barrel and the company’s ATLAS R-ONE free-float handguard. The build is topped off with a Magpul MOE six-position stock, delivering a lightweight, well-balanced platform for .308 Winchester. With an excellent bore, minimal signs of use, and SR-25 magazine compatibility, this rifle is ready for range or field right out of the box.

The heart of this build is an 18-inch 4150 CMV steel barrel finished in corrosion-resistant nitride. It features a medium profile, 1:10 RH twist, and 5/8-24 threads, giving you a durable bore with easy suppressor or muzzle device compatibility.
The upper receiver is a forged Aero Precision M5, matched with a 15-inch ATLAS R-ONE free-float handguard. The twin-wedge clamp system locks the handguard firmly to the barrel nut, ensuring repeatable accuracy while keeping weight down. A continuous DPMS-high Picatinny top rail provides ample space for optics and accessories.
Controls are familiar and reliable: forward assist, case deflector, ejection-port dust cover, and a standard manual safety selector. The rifle-length gas system is tuned with a low-profile 0.750" gas block for smooth cycling.
The Magpul MOE buttstock offers six positions of adjustment and a non-slip rubber butt-pad. Coupled with a textured polymer pistol grip, it gives the shooter a solid, comfortable interface with a 13.0" length of pull.
Machined in the USA, the forged 7075-T6 receivers wear a matte black hard-coat anodized finish and display Aero’s stylized “A” logos. The rifle accepts all standard SR-25/LR-308 pattern magazines, including the supplied 10-round PMAG.
