This Gallant is anchored by a U.S.-made, milled steel receiver finished in matte phosphate for durability that matches the original Galil aesthetic. Authentic Israeli Defense Force crest and Hebrew selector letters are retained on the receiver, giving the rifle unmistakable heritage.
The new 18 inch, chrome-lined barrel is threaded 13×1 mm RH and capped with a phosphate finish to resist corrosion. A long-stroke gas-piston system mirrors the original design, providing smooth cycling and consistency with 5.56 NATO ammunition.
A side-folding steel stock shortens the overall profile for transport, while the Phoenix Technology black polymer pistol grip offers modern ergonomics. The classic two-piece wood handguard completes the traditional look and remains cool under sustained fire.
