Remington Spartan SPR 310 12 Ga Over/Under – 28” Barrels, Single Mechanical Trigger, Screw-In Chokes
Built by the renowned Izhevsk Mechanical Plant and imported by USSG, this Remington Spartan SPR 310 pairs rugged Russian construction with useful field features. The EM-1C configuration adds a single mechanical trigger and timed ejectors, while the 28-inch, 3-inch-chambered barrels accept interchangeable choke tubes. A matte blue and silver-nitrided steel receiver with laser-etched border engraving, coupled with an oil-finished walnut stock, gives this shotgun a straightforward, workmanlike appearance backed by solid engineering.

- Factory Modified screw-in choke tube
- Factory Full screw-in choke tube
The IZh-27 action is proofed to 90 MPa and accepts both 2 ¾-inch and 3-inch shells, giving you flexibility from light clays loads to heavy magnums. The mechanical trigger fires the second barrel without relying on recoil, ensuring a consistent follow-up shot.
Barrels measure 28 inches and are topped with a ventilated rib and brass bead for quick target acquisition. The screw-in choke system ships with Modified and Full tubes, allowing easy pattern adjustment.
The steel receiver wears a matte blue and silver-nitrided finish and features laser-etched border engraving at the shoulders. A tang-mounted safety sits directly under the thumb for intuitive operation.
Walnut furniture is oil-finished, checkered, and fitted with a ventilated recoil pad. The neutral pistol grip carries noticeable right-hand cast-off, offering natural pointability for right-handed shooters, while the schnabel fore-end complements the classic lines.
Izhevsk proof marks and the “USSG – ROCKLEDGE, FL. IMZ RUSSIA” import stamp confirm its origin and import path, and the model designation “IZh-27EM-1C” on the barrel monoblock identifies its single-trigger, ejector-equipped specification.
