Launched in 2024 and manufactured in 2025, the Gen II Predator takes Ruger’s American Rifle platform into modern hunting territory. This full-size bolt gun combines a cold-hammer-forged, spiral-fluted barrel with a Burnt-Bronze Cerakote finish and an AICS-compatible magazine system, giving shooters a lightweight, suppressor-ready package that’s ready for the field right out of the box.

The 22-inch medium-contour barrel is spiral-fluted to shed weight and improve cooling, and it’s threaded 5/8-24 for direct suppressor or brake installation. A burnt-bronze Cerakote finish on both barrel and receiver offers enhanced corrosion resistance while giving the rifle a distinctive, modern look.
Ruger’s three-lug bolt with a 70° lift provides smooth cycling and ample scope clearance. The factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope rail simplifies optic mounting, letting you zero quickly and get on target faster.
The green synthetic stock features black and bronze splatter, a removable comb, and adjustable length of pull spacers, so you can tailor fit without tools. Overmolded grip panels and an integrated QD sling cup add practical field comfort and sling options.
The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger breaks cleanly between 3 and 5 pounds and pairs with a three-position tang safety for confident, glove-friendly operation. Chambered in 7mm-08 Rem., the rifle balances mild recoil with proven downrange performance for deer-size game.
