The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 P8 SBA3 packs 9 mm performance into a purpose-built AR platform that runs on Glock-pattern magazines. Its 8-inch 4150 chrome-moly barrel is fluted, nitrided, and threaded, while a free-float M-LOK handguard keeps weight down and accessory space up. A billet 7075-T6 receiver, ambidextrous extended charging handle, and last-round bolt-hold-open feature round out a compact package designed for reliable pistol-caliber fire.

Built around a shortened billet receiver, the FX-9 feeds directly from Glock magazines and retains the familiar AR-15 control layout. The proprietary straight-blowback bolt is mass-balanced for smooth cycling and locks back on the last round.
An 8-inch barrel made from 4150 chrome-moly steel is fluted for reduced weight, fully nitrided for corrosion resistance, and threaded 1/2-28 TPI for muzzle devices or suppressors.
The 7.5-inch aluminum M-LOK handguard provides a continuous top rail and ample slots for lights, lasers, and other accessories while keeping the profile slim.
An SBA3 adjustable polymer brace with integrated QD sling socket lets the shooter fine-tune length of pull and sling setup. The oversized ambidextrous charging handle aids rapid manipulation from either side.
Fully compatible with standard AR-15 fire-control groups, the FX-9 offers easy parts interchangeability and straightforward maintenance, backed by Freedom Ordnance manufacturing in the USA.
