This full-size K-Series shotgun features Mossberg’s C-Lect choke, a threaded sleeve at the muzzle that lets the shooter dial in the desired choke setting without swapping tubes. The 24" carbon-steel barrel retains its original blued finish and is marked with a circled "P" proof.
A turned-down, round-knob bolt handle offers smooth cycling and maintains a low profile. The action feeds from the detachable two-round magazine, giving a total capacity of 2+1 rounds while still allowing quick reloads.
The walnut stock sports a pistol grip and ventilated recoil pad, providing a 14" length of pull. Mossberg engineered the Model 385 for easy field maintenance; a single screw lets the shotgun break down for transport or cleaning.
The receiver is drilled and tapped at the factory, ready for a scope base or peep sight if desired. Combined with the front bead sight and variable choke, the platform adapts easily to small game, turkey, or slug duties.
