Details
The factory Tactical Sport Orange platform features a carbon-steel frame with a full-length dust cover, yielding a 47 oz unloaded weight that tames recoil for rapid follow-up shots. Forward and rear cocking serrations on the matte black nitride slide provide positive purchase during press checks and manipulations.
A crowned, hammer-forged 5.23-inch barrel is hand-fitted to the slide and frame for tight lock-up and repeatable accuracy. The green fiber-optic front sight and fully adjustable serrated rear sight offer a crisp sight picture in varied lighting.
The single-action competition trigger breaks at approximately 2 lb with a short, positive reset. Complementing the trigger are an oversized magazine release and ambidextrous thumb safeties for confident, speedy control.
Orange-anodized, checkered aluminium grip panels match the skeletonized competition hammer and Floyds flared magwell, ensuring secure handling and lightning-fast reloads. Each magazine is finished with a Floyds extender for additional capacity and easier grasp during changes.
The included Cajun Gun Works 9 mm upper converts the pistol to a lighter-recoiling caliber without gunsmithing, giving the shooter immediate dual-division flexibility. With the model now superseded by the TS 2, this 2020-proofed example offers both collectible status and top-tier performance out of the box.
