Built on Savage’s Mark II action, this rifle features the renowned AccuTrigger, adjustable from approximately 2.5 to 6 pounds for a crisp, consistent break without gunsmithing.
The 21-inch carbon-steel barrel wears a matte blued finish that resists glare and blends cleanly with the equally matte receiver. A 1:16 right-hand twist stabilizes a wide range of .22 LR loads.
The black synthetic stock keeps overall weight to about 5.5 pounds and sports molded checkering and a lightning-bolt motif for a secure, modern grip. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches, fitting most adult shooters comfortably.
A two-position tang safety allows quick, silent operation. The rifle ships without open sights, but the installed Weaver bases let you mount optics immediately.
Manufacturing marks indicate production by Savage Arms (Canada) Inc. in Lakefield and import by Savage Arms Inc. in Westfield, Massachusetts, underscoring the rifle’s North American lineage.
