What’s Included
- Winchester Model 94 Lone Star Commemorative rifle (.30-30)
This commemorative Model 94 carries the “LS” serial prefix, confirming its place in the Lone Star series. Winchester’s proof-steel barrel blends an octagonal forward section with a round rear, delivering classic styling without added weight.
The receiver, lever, forend cap, magazine cap, and crescent butt-plate wear a bright brass-tone finish. Factory engraving borders the receiver with stars; the left side displays a central star flanked by the dates “1845” and “1970,” while the top tang reads “UNDER SIX FLAGS.” A gold-colored medallion in the right butt-stock depicts six notable Texans, tying the rifle directly to its historical theme.
Sighting is handled by a dovetail beaded blade front and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear, retaining the fast-acquiring setup expected from a Model 94. The 4+1 tubular magazine and smooth lever-action deliver the traditional Western handling that made the platform famous.
The walnut stock sports a satin varnish and pistol-grip profile, complemented by a grip-cap medallion marked “Winchester Repeating Arms / Texas.” A factory saddle ring on the left side adds another authentic detail.
