Sig Sauer CROSS .308 Win Bolt-Action Rifle – 16" Threaded Barrel, Folding Stock
Sig Sauer’s CROSS is the company’s first bolt-action rifle built entirely in the United States. This 16-inch .308 Win. variant combines a lightweight 6.6 lb chassis with a user-swappable stainless barrel, a two-stage match trigger, and a precision-adjustable folding stock that shortens overall length to just 26 inches for transport. Its one-piece aluminum receiver with integral Picatinny rail and 13-inch free-float handguard round out a package aimed at hunters and precision shooters who want portability without sacrificing performance.

What’s Included
- 1 × 10-round polymer AICS-pattern detachable magazine
- Black nylon soft rifle case with exterior accessory pockets
- Vertical foregrip-style bipod installed on M-LOK handguard
The CROSS’s cold-hammer-forged 16-inch stainless steel barrel is threaded 5/8x24, ready for brakes or suppressors. The 1:10 twist rate stabilizes a broad range of .308 Win. bullet weights, while the free-float aluminum handguard keeps accessories secure along a 13-inch top rail.
A folding, skeletonized aluminum stock lets the rifle collapse to 26 inches, making it easy to stow in the included soft case. Length of pull and comb height are tool-free adjustable, allowing a custom fit in the field.
The user-adjustable two-stage match trigger breaks between 2.5 and 4 pounds, giving shooters a crisp, repeatable pull. A reduced-angle polymer grip promotes a comfortable wrist position for prone or supported shooting.
Sig’s one-piece aluminum receiver integrates a full Picatinny rail for optics and hosts a modular barrel system that owners can swap without a gunsmith. The current production rifle incorporates Sig’s updated firing-pin design introduced after the 2020 safety recall.
Compatible with widely available AICS magazines and weighing just 6.6 pounds, this CROSS offers mountain-rifle portability with chassis-rifle adjustability, all in a fully U.S.-made package.
