Introduced in December 2024, the P365-FUSE (part no. 365XF-9-BFO) brings full-size shootability to the compact P365 platform by combining a longer 4.3" barrel and slide with a high-capacity grip module. The removable flared magwell speeds reloads and can be taken off when a slimmer profile is desired.
The optic-ready slide ships with front and rear serrations and is cut for the Shield RMS-c footprint, letting the buyer install a micro-red-dot without additional milling. A green fiber-optic front sight and black serrated rear sight provide a crisp daylight sight picture if you prefer irons.
A nickel-plated, flat-faced trigger delivers a consistent pull, while the striker-fired action is protected by internal striker and disconnect safeties. The polymer frame features interchangeable backstraps with aggressive LXG grip texturing for secure control.
Capacity is a standout: two 21-round extended magazines and one flush-fit 17-round magazine come standard, giving the pistol a 21+1 maximum loadout. A three-slot 1913 Picatinny rail supports lights or lasers, rounding out a feature set that rivals many duty-size handguns.
