The bullpup configuration places the action behind the trigger, letting the TBP 12 use an 18.5" carbon-steel barrel while keeping the overall package short and balanced. This makes it well-suited for tight spaces or vehicle storage without giving up barrel length.
A dual-piston, adjustable gas system with an interchangeable plug ensures reliable cycling with both light and heavy loads. The included stainless “Heavy Loads” plug lets the shooter tune the shotgun for magnum or specialty shells.
The TBP 12 accepts widely available AR-12 / T-1919 pattern box magazines and drums, providing quick reloads and easy capacity upgrades beyond the supplied 5-round mag.
Polymer flip-up sights ride on a full-length Picatinny rail, giving a clear sight picture out of the box and straightforward mounting options for optics or lights. The polymer forend includes M-LOK slots for additional accessories.
A fixed Flat Dark Earth polymer stock with rubber recoil pad gives a 15.5" length of pull, while the hard-anodized 7075-T6 aluminum receiver adds strength without unnecessary weight. At an MSRP well under $250, the TBP 12 offers an economical entry point into magazine-fed bullpup shotguns.
