The Canik TP9 SFx pairs a 5.2-inch match-grade barrel with an optics-ready tungsten grey slide, giving shooters a well-equipped, full-size platform straight from the factory. Introduced in 2016 as the competition-focused variant of the TP9 series, this striker-fired pistol offers a flat-faced trigger with a short reset, fiber-optic sights, and a flared aluminum magwell, all designed to speed up hits on target and reloads.

Built around a robust 4140 steel, button-rifled barrel, the TP9 SFx delivers match-grade accuracy while keeping recoil manageable thanks to its long slide and lightening ports. The nitride-treated slide and barrel receive a durable Cerakote overcoat that resists wear and maintains the distinctive tungsten grey finish.
The optic-ready cut accepts multiple red-dot footprints using adapter plates (not installed), allowing quick customization without additional machining. Front and rear slide serrations give positive grip during press checks or manipulations, and the extended slide-stop lever makes lock-back releases effortless under time pressure.
Shooters benefit from a reversible magazine release, a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail, and a striker-status indicator for at-a-glance readiness. The flat-faced trigger breaks cleanly and resets short, helping maintain rapid, accurate strings of fire. Fiber-optic front and Warren Tactical serrated rear sights provide a crisp, fast sight picture even in bright light.
Capacity stands at 18+1 rounds of 9mm Luger, and the included flared aluminum magwell speeds reloads with the supplied extended-base magazines. Combined, these features make this TP9 SFx a turnkey option for competition, range work, or any role that rewards fast, precise shooting.
