The Aero Precision SOLUS Competition rifle offers a purpose-built platform for Precision Rifle Series shooters who want sub-MOA accuracy in a fully modular, open-architecture chassis. Built on Aero’s three-lug, 60-degree action and priced to remain Production-class compliant, this 6.5 Creedmoor features a heavy 416 stainless Sendero barrel, integral 20 MOA rail, and an adjustable aluminum stock finished in matching earth-tone Cerakote.

Designed for match performance, the SOLUS action runs a three-lug bolt that lifts just 60 degrees and uses dual ejectors for positive, consistent case ejection. An interchangeable bolt-head system lets you switch calibers without replacing the entire bolt.
The 22-inch heavy Sendero barrel is cut from 416 stainless, button-rifled with a 1:8 RH twist, and threaded 5/8-24 for brakes or suppressors. Aero’s open barrel-nut design accepts Savage small-shank and Zermatt pre-fit barrels, making future caliber changes straightforward.
An aluminum chassis ties the system together, providing tool-less adjustments for length of pull and cheek height, an integral bag rider, and an AR-pattern vertical pistol grip for trigger reach customization. The 17-inch free-float handguard offers M-LOK slots, an Arca-Swiss rail, and internal clearance for large-diameter barrels.
The receiver carries a machined-in 20 MOA Picatinny rail and uses a Remington 700-footprint trigger, shipped here with a crisp single-stage TriggerTech unit. Aero backs the rifle with a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee, giving competitive shooters a solid foundation right out of the box.
