Limited to just 1,836 units, this Texas Edition is marked “1 of 1836” on the frame and carries the MTXE serial prefix that verifies its place in the run. The SKU is 3700468.
The slide is deep hot-blued with polished flats and factory western-leaf scroll engraving. “TEXAS Kimber EDITION” is prominently etched, and additional engraving accents the mainspring housing. Every motif is factory-done, preserving full collector value.
A 3.15" match-grade, ramped stainless barrel with a 1:16 LH twist teams with the Micro-sized aluminum alloy frame to keep weight to only 15.6 oz unloaded. Despite its compact size, the pistol offers a 7+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
Controls mirror the 1911 layout, including a left-side manual thumb safety, standard magazine release, and a skeletonized aluminum trigger tuned for a crisp single-action pull. A skeletonized rowel hammer complements the trigger.
Fixed three-dot sights provide a 4.3" sight radius. Bonded-ivory synthetic grip panels display Texas artwork, rounding out the edition’s distinctive look.
